Hourly Rate: Pro Draft charges an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.* Price Estimate: The drafting estimate for blueprints ranges from $1.50-$2.50 per sq. ft. depending on the size and scope of the project. The overall project cost can be estimated between $2.00-$3.50 per sq. ft. also depending on the size and scope of the project. Blueprints for an average residential dwelling range in price from $3,000 to $9,000. The average price for a commercial project is higher due to specific engineering requirements for commercial buildings. Additional Fees: There are additional fees including; architectural and or engineering review and approval, building permit fees, homeowners association design review fees (if applicable) and in-house and out-sourced printing services. How long will this take? 1-3 days for project design including creation of 3-D model, renders, and walkthroughs. 1-3 weeks to produce final blueprints.
