Hourly Rate: Pro Draft charges an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour. Price Estimate: The drafting estimate for blueprints ranges from $1.50-$2.50 per sq. ft. depending on the size and scope of the project. Additional Fees: There are additional fees including; architectural and or engineering review and approval, building permit fees, homeowners association design review fees (if applicable) and in-house and out-sourced printing services. How long will this take? 48 hrs (1-2 days) for preliminary drafts including creation of 3-D model, renders, and walkthroughs. 1 week to produce final blueprints.
