There are popular Maui neighborhoods to choose from when thinking about where to build your home.  Depending on your taste and lifestyle, picking the location is up to you. A unique aspect of Maui is its “microclimates,” or areas that have different weather patterns than the one next to it. In fact, Maui boasts 17 microclimates throughout the Island. Our area where our Pro Draft offices are located in Paia, is near the Central Valley, Kahului, which sees about 10 inches of rain per year.  In comparison, the area around lower-east-side Hana sees as much as 400 inches of rain every year, making it one of Hawaii's rainforests.
